Anyway here are my two sentences. HAHA. No, sorry, I’ve done more, I could never only do two 😉

He was so accident-prone that Max actually ordered giant-size bubble wrap for the guy as a birthday present.
Jason hadn’t been amused.
I’d laughed my ass off.
Also earning myself a black eye to match the one Jason had at the time.

Is it bad, that I’m in possession of this book since the end of December … 2012…? Still haven’t read it, but the teaser and opening makes me want to. I don’t know what’s stopping me. I love books by Ilona Andrews. Maybe I don’t want to read it, since it is the last book in the series…?

Opening:

Prologue

“My lady?”

Hello, hello there! It’s once again Tuesday, can you believe a whole week is already over? What the heck?! Where is the time going? It’s christmas in less than 2 month again! Wasn’t the last one like a week ago?

Anyway, here’s what I have for you this week.

Opening:

Kell wore a very peculiar coat.
It had neither one side, which would be conventional, nor two, which would be unexcepted, but several, which was, of course, impossible.

Some thought magic came from the mind, others the soul, or the heart, or the will.
But Kell knew it came from the blood.

 

Synopsis:

I’m bringing the Teaser Tuesday + First Paragraph Tuesday back!! Can you believe I haven’t done one of those since early August!?! I mean, SERIOUSLY? How could I not do one? I don’t get it. What was wrong with me?

Anyway, I’m back – or more so the TT & FPTI is back 😀

Opening:

Pain tore through Loki’s chest, burning through every vein in his body. He roared, his muscles straining against the chains that bound him to the rock. Ironically, since the attacks, the sunsets habe been glorious. Outside our condo window, the sky flames like a bruised mango in vivid orange, red, and purple. The clouds ignite with sunset colors, and I’m almost scared that those of us caught below will catch on fire too.

I felt safe from the angel when he was unconscious, but now that he’s awake, him being wounded and weak is not enough to guarantee my safety. I don’t actually know how strong angels are. Like everyone else, I know close to nothing about them.#

Today I decided to feature Whiskey Kisses By Addison Moore.

Opening:

When I was a girl I’d whisper my wishes and dreams into a jar, screw the lid on tight, and collect them all for someday. My world once had everything – powder blue skies, starry nights lit up like a pirate’s treasure, and wide open meadows I’d run through while taking in vats of fresh North Carolina air. The on a dime, the sun went dark, the stars faded to nothing, and I lacked the oxygen I needed to breathe.
